Vélib (official appli)

Not working properly with just our phones. Nightmare to take bikes out as not refreshing nor syncing. Brought me to tears. Great to have ebikes though which London is missing.

I can't even log in and I don't know why. It's unusable as many other ppl said here. It's a shame!

We used this App for driving around in Paris during a weekend trip. UI could be improved a bit (and bike LCD screens are very hard to read in sunlight), but otherwise everything worked without any problems at all...

Completely dysfunctional, in 99% of the cases, there is an app error, which makes all the operations impossible!

Garbage app

"oops app error" 90% of the time.

Why isn't France able to get it's act together on these apps. I want to hire a bike I get a generic app error. Crazy. You guys should all be fired

App fails regularly when trying to unlock a bike and is totally unintuitive

The only good thing about this app is that you get to practice your anger management skills. Otherwise, it's the worst app/service ever. It's constantly failing with app error (technical difficulties). Over the course of multiple days I was not able to rent a bike with this app, leaving me with the only option being the physical payment terminals which are few, far between and lock a €300 deposit for every single ride!

Charged again for a ride of more than 6h. Worst thing is the screen showed the ride was finished at 10min. Not renewing my service.
